Salary
OMR 131 (Approx. LKR 105,000)Responsibility
- Assist in assembling and manufacturing solar panels and related components.
- Operate basic machinery and follow production guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the factory environment.
- Follow quality standards and report any defects to supervisors.
- Support packing, loading, and material handling tasks.
- Work effectively as part of a production team.
- Follow all safety and compliance regulations of the factory.
Requirements
- Previous factory or production experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow company rules, safety procedures, and discipline.
